Kwara State Governor and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF), Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON), has held a strategic meeting with senior officers of the Nigerian Army at the Ahmadu Bello House in Ilorin, Kwara State.
