Kano Police Command Strengthens Partnerships with Stakeholders

The Kano State Police Command has reaffirmed its commitment to building strong partnerships with stakeholders to promote peace and security in the state. This was evident in the courtesy visits received by the Commissioner of Police, CP Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, PhD, from key stakeholders, including the Kano Correspondents' Chapel, Nigerian Institute of Management, Kano Car Dealers Association, and Golden Heart Foundation.



The visits focused on discussing ways to strengthen collaboration between the police and the stakeholders to promote public safety and awareness. The Commissioner of Police emphasized the importance of accurate reporting in shaping public confidence and perception.

In a demonstration of support for the welfare of police personnel, El's Foundation organized a one-day medical outreach for officers in collaboration with the Command. This initiative aims to promote the well-being of the officers to serve the community effectively.

The stakeholders pledged to continue assisting the Command to achieve its mandate, and the Commissioner of Police assured them of the Command's commitment to working with them to address security challenges affecting their businesses and promote the welfare of vulnerable populations.
