Governor Otti Calls for Collective Responsibility in Security Matters

The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex C. He made this call while delivering a speech at the Fund Raising Luncheon organized by the Abia State Security Trust Fund on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the International Conference Centre, Umuahia.
