APC South East Zone Holds Stakeholders Meeting in Enugu
The All Progressives Congress (APC) South East zone held a stakeholders engagement meeting for the Enugu State chapter at the party secretariat in Enugu. The meeting was attended by party executives, local government chairmen, ward executives, and other stakeholders.
The zonal chairman, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his leadership and bold reforms. He encouraged members to continue supporting the administration and noted the tremendous growth of APC in Enugu State since the last election. The meeting was a testament to the party's unity and purpose.
The state chairman, Hon. Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah, hailed the renewed hope agenda of President Tinubu and pledged the total support of the party leaders to his leadership. He noted the huge support of the Southeast zonal leader, Sen. Hope Uzodimma, and other party leaders in building the party to its current state. Agballah assured party members that President Tinubu will win reelection in 2027 and that Chief Uche Nnaji will take over the government of Enugu State in 2027.
The zonal chairman conducted a verification exercise, where all party executives across the 260 wards, 17 local government areas, and state were physically counted and verified. He encouraged the state with financial support and urged members to remain resilient and continue mobilizing members for the party.
The state woman leader, Associate Professor Mrs. Amaka Onu, gave a vote of thanks, recounting the ordeals, challenges, and victories of the party. She noted that never has there been a time when APC Enugu State was more united, purposeful, and eventful than under the current leadership.
The deputy state chairman, Chief Augustine Alumona, gave the closing remarks and prayers, thanking party leaders and encouraging members to do more to grow the party. The meeting ended in praises, with a renewed sense of purpose and unity among party members
