Abia Airport City Project: Governor Otti Welcomes Skymaster's Partnership Proposal
Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has welcomed a proposal by Skymaster Services Group to partner with the state government in providing aviation services in the ongoing Abia airport city project. The Governor stated that his administration is not just partnering with the Federal Government to build an airport but an airport city that will have hotels and other facilities.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Skymaster Services Group, Mr. Princewill Ogbonna, said that the company is interested in partnering with the state government to provide air services, including domestic services at the new Abia Airport. The company has experience in providing aviation services and operations in Port Harcourt and Lagos States, as well as airports in Milan, Italy.
The Governor welcomed the proposal, stating that it is an opportunity for the state government to leverage the expertise and experience of the private sector to drive the development of the airport city project.
