Tragic Attack on Oko Community: Peter Obi Condoles with Families of Deceased

 A devastating attack has occurred in the Oko community in Anambra State, near the Federal Polytechnic, Oko. The incident has resulted in loss of lives, injuries, and abduction of some staff members of the institution.



According to reports, the attack has left the community in shock and trauma. Former presidential candidate Peter Obi has condemned the attack, describing it as a painful reminder of the growing insecurity in the nation.


Obi has extended his condolences to the families of the deceased and expressed solidarity with the injured and the entire Oko community. He has also called on the government and security agencies to take swift action to apprehend the perpetrators and secure the release of those kidnapped.


The incident has highlighted the need for improved security measures to protect educational institutions and communities.
