Coalition Update: Otukpo Meeting Deemed Successful

A recent meeting of a new coalition in Otukpo has been hailed as highly successful, with far-reaching decisions made by the leaders. The meeting has solidified the coalition's presence in Zone C, and it is now poised for launch.

Some individuals within the Bokoti faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are reportedly overreacting to the development. Meanwhile, news circulating on social media about Senator David Mark and Hon. Amaechi's alleged application to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the registration of a new political party has been described as outdated.

According to reports, INEC has only registered two new political parties to date, namely the Progressive Democratic Movement (PDM) and the Democratic Alternative (DA).

The coalition's progress has been noted, with many confident that it has secured a strong foothold in Zone C. A statement from the new national opposition coalition desk in Makurdi was signed by Nam Wegh Bede Bartholomew.
